Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address: Transcending Borders Corporation P. O. Box 71111, Newnan, GA 30271. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded.

Your return will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase. A $5.95 fee will be deducted from the purchase price to cover return shipping costs. 

  • PLEASE NOTE: Your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded.

Once your package is ready, refer to the shipping carrier on the label we emailed you and determine the closest shipping location.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation number or tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your return shipment. (please keep it for your records).

You will receive an email when the refund has been processed. So that you know, it may take up to two complete billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please look at your order when you get it and let us know immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please submit photos to shop@tborders.com. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 

Exchanges Via Return Shipment

We do not offer exchanges via a return shipment.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received, inspected, and processed a refund. You will be automatically refunded for the purchase price of all items returned within 30-45 days, less the $5.95 return shipping cost. PLEASE NOTE: Again, it may take up to two complete billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
In addition to the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
